The Corporation of the Town of Amherstburg is Recruiting for a Human Resources and Health & Safety Coordinator (Contract up to 6 months)
The Human Resources and Health & Safety Coordinator assists all areas of the Corporation by coordinating recruitments, employee file maintenance, benefits administration, health and safety program, and other human resource matters.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum 3-year college diploma or degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3-years of relevant human resources or health and safety experience is required, preferably in a municipal or public sector unionized environment. Experience involving recruitment and selection, benefit administration and claims management is preferred. CHRP or CRSP designation would be considered an asset.
