THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AMHERSTBURG

is recruiting for an

 

APPLICATION AND NETWORK ANALYST – UP TO 6 MONTHS

 

Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the Application and Network Analyst is responsible for providing solutions to problems that involve a number of possible alternatives based on technical knowledge and understanding of affected business areas.

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 year college diploma in Information Technology or related field and 5 to 7 years’ experience in network administration and desktop support. Must have working knowledge of Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016 active directory and related server based roles, and expert working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office. Certification in specific areas such as Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSA, MCSE is an asset. Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and must possess and maintain a valid Class “G” driver’s licence for travel to offsite locations.
