Description
The Corporation of the Town of Amherstburg is recruiting for Summer Camp Counsellors.
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Recreation Programming and Special Events, Camp Counsellors will supervise and instruct children ages 4 to 11 years old in a variety of sports, crafts and recreational activities as part of the Town's Summer Camp program.
Individuals applying for summer student positions must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in attendance at a secondary school, college or university and must be returning to school on a full time basis in September, and provide proof of enrollment
- Must be able to start work full-time on June 5, 2023 or the first working day thereafter
- Must be able to work the entire term that was advertised
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to provide copies of required documents (Police Clearance, proof of enrollment in school)
